What do you enjoy about your current position? Ensuring patients with musculoskeletal conditions (such as low back pain, knee osteoarthritis, etc.) receive accurate information about their condition and the most effective treatment. As well as challenging widespread misconceptions about what causes pain and helping patients live an active lifestyle.

Experience: Over 4 years clinical experience, PhD on the management of low back pain, University tutor (plus guest lectures) for units of study on low back pain

Other projects/professional training/courses you are currently working on or will be commencing soon? Currently employed as an academic at the University of Sydney to investigate strategies to ensure patients with musculoskeletal conditions receive the most effective care when they visit a physiotherapist

Hobbies and Interests outside of work: Surfing, weight lifting, motorsport (e.g. F1, MotoGP)
