- Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries – including treating wide range of acute and overuse conditions such as tendinopathies, muscle tears, ligament sprains and joint pain.
- Orthopaedic Rehabilitation – pre and post operative management including knee reconstructions, fractures and rotator cuff repairs
- Chronic Pain Management
- Exercise Prescription & Education
What do you enjoy about your current position? I enjoy delivering client-centered, high quality clinical care to improve the lives of others and achieve optimal, goal-oriented results.
- I have been working in private practice for 3 years and also provide aged care/home visit physiotherapy services across Sydney. I have also worked with Sydney FC youth for sports soccer coverage.
Other projects/professional training/courses you are currently working on or will be commencing soon? I have currently undertaken a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning (ASCA) and also completed a Spinal Physiotherapy Level 1 Lumbo-Pelvic course through the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). I am continually looking for professional development through the APA and will complete a specialty running rehabilitation exercise and performance course later this year.
Hobbies and Interests outside of work: Health and fitness, guitar, running, spending time with family and friends and visiting home in Coffs Harbour.
