Sport isn’t the only way to get a lot of the injuries we see here at the clinics. Women, due to their anatomy and structure, are more prone to certain injuries and conditions. These can range from hip injuries to upper back issues.

We have put together a 2 week program that can work on keeping you moving and strengthen those areas that are more prone to injuries. This will help keep you flexible, strong and all round fit! It’s only takes only 10 minutes a day, and it’s a good way to break up those days at home.
